I didn't receive any emails after purchase, what to do?
Make sure your email is spelled right. If your email is spelled wrong, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and I will enroll you into the courses you bought manually. Also bear in mind that the system can sometimes take over 20 minutes to send the automated emails due to traffic on the site.
I got double charged, why did this happen and how can I get the excess transaction back?
If the site is lagging and you press the 'Purchase' button multiple times the site can get confused due to lag and accidentally fire two purchases. If this happens to you, contact me immediately at email@example.com and I sort it out as fast as I can.
I would like to get a refund on the course, is that possible?
You can get a refund if the purchase has been made within 14 days of the payment and your course progress is less than 20%. When looking for a refund, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I get the source files?
The source files are included in the course curriculum under a ''SOURCEFILES'' section and from there you can download the files.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Currently my site here does not allow payments through PayPal, but if you want to use PayPal, you can just go to my course website and buy the course from there.
My card got declined, what to do?
The payment gateway I use is called Stripe and for some reason it does not allow all cards to go through. You can try to purchase the courses herewith PayPal or card again. If it still doesn't go through, contact email@example.com
How long do I have access to the courses?
After payment you have access to the course forever on all of your devices.
Can I download the lessons afterwards to watch offline?
Unfortunately it is not currently possible but it might come available as an option in the future.
